An attic is often the most overlooked opportunity in a house. This one was converted into a fully finished home gym, taking in structural planning, insulation, access and interior finishes as one piece of work.
Getting the insulation and climate control right is what makes the difference between usable space and a room nobody goes into, so that was settled before any of the finishes were chosen. A full-height mirror, built-in shelving and rubber flooring finish it off.
